Little and Large - Showers and Cars

The day started with heavy gusty showers sweeping in and across the garden. No classic car opportunities today then. So I looked at the little model. I decided to mask it up and spray it with white and a coat of Ivory again. Not that easy masking up something so small.

Then the sun came out so I got the real Talbot out. It started with no 'clonks at all after 5 attempts'. 

Only to quickly put it away as the rain started again. Ho Hum. But eventually the big black clouds blew away and off we went to collect James and Miri from the station.

A 1930's Uber. It did run a little hot but behaved itself well.

Finally in the evening I took the tape off and did a little touch up on the model - I mixed a darker brown and used a grey on the running boards.

 Looking better now, but it is harder than it looks.
