Bubbles down and a bit better

So warmed the Talbot up again and backed her out into the cold sunshine.

The SAAB was literally steaming as the frost burn off.

It seemed to take a bit longer than before but after an hour or so I'd packed the bubble away and put the car back too. I then took the Ferrari out for a run again. Seemed a bit better. I did wonder if there is water in the fuel after storage - I decided to use it all up and put clean in.

After lunch it was a Harkstead/Shotley run and then once back another bubble got packed away. Another hour or so.

Home again I thought I'd take the 308 out again for a longer run. Odd to see it with the Talbot.

This time I did 40 more miles and I'd sware it was going better for most of the run - although it sounds different (ish) - and I'm sure I can feel a vibration. I stopped to put the CD play on too. First time I'd used it. So while I was stopped I took this pic.

The car is even getting a bit dirty with the salty roads so I'd better clean it later this week too.

Home again and the cold air hit me as I stepped out. However I did taker the Imp out - it was a but reluctant to start but I did not stick to my process so only had myself to blame.

It looked great in the dying sun set but it was so bloody cold I only managed half the run and came back.
