Started with unpacking the SAAB from yesterday's Alpine excursion.
Hard not to feel a little lucky at the space and facilities we have.
Then a call for a Harkstead/Hobrook/Harkstead run mid morning.
PM I took the Imp out - via the local shops no less,
A slightly inappropriate car for the journey - and I left the cut off key in it due to being a bit flustered and embarrassed. As I went round the houses I experienced terrible wheel wobble on some surfaces and I'm sure the ride was much worse generally around my test route. I will investigate both the steering and the 'shocks' in the next dew days - when I have time ... Oh and the speedo stuck at 40 mph - even when stationary.
Finally a MK7 ride to the beach for an evening BBQ as the sun set - again thinking how lucky it is to have this view on our doorstop.
