Warmed the Talbot for a couple of hours and then started it up.
Again it seemed harder than a few months ago - although it's not been used much. Once it fired it roared into life though and over revved again. I suspect not enough fuel is getting up to the carb. I backed her out to sit on the drive and the good news was that there was very little oil on the garage floor.
However when I came to go out I found this on the scuttle. Not sure what the bird had been eating though.
To be honest the car was probably older than most of the stock in there. On getting back it seemed to be making more noise - but that could be the fact that the windows are shut. We'll see.
