November Chills

A cold dreary day - that might be the 1st November I guess - but I started off anyway, with the van again for Harkstead/Holbrook run.

It takes me a bit longer than the car I think and in fact the passenger does not like it either - so we'll leave it alone for a bit now.

Back home I got a call saying the SAAB was ready. No real problems found either - so we'll see. After lunch I went a got it - so the blue car transformed back into the Silver one. It felt a lot better too.

If you look closely you can see what I did with the blend. I also found out the pipe I 'repaired' was just foam to stop the pipe running inside it from knocking - I had suspected that anyway.

Then I popped the van back to Stutton and got a lift back in the MK7.

Looking at my post the first Talbot front cover arrived, although they seemed to have done something odd with the image.

I think they tried to 'age' it. Odd.

Checking the miles in the morning had revealed the scores. Not surprisingly the Aston won - but if you take off the trip to get the service it was down with the rest only just in double digits.

So the Ferrari was the clear winner - but then I have been trying to use it a bit.
