The return 225 miles

We were not disappointed - the car was soaked in the morning – so more pouring out the water but I had to leave the mats which were dripping wet.

The run back was fine, even the constant roadworks at 50/40 MPH limits. However it did seem as if the steering had got worse and the running got more lumpy as we went.

Once home I started on the drying out process and stripped out the mats and under-felt.

So the car had done a total 527 miles - plus 10% error is 579. Not bad really.

Oh and the show was a bit dull.

Moved the Caterham to get the Alpine in the carport and that was very lumpy.
