Paint it Black

Guess what - working on the car port first thing. Nice to see the Aston out though - if only a few meters.

So it took a long time to get the second door in place and 'sort of' aligned. Not bad though.

Then after lunch I fitted some more boards to close the gap at the top and then painting commenced.

That done I fitted a lock which took almost as long. Next will be completing the edges, some filling  and a second coat on everything. Almost there. Oh and work out what to do to seal the front and sides.

So I put the Aston away - but not before a Save the Planet run. Back in the groove. It makes such a nice noise too.

Mid August and the shadows are getting long already. Of course the fun was interrupted by the bloody tracking alarm going off - twice. I guess it means it's working !
