Sticky Stuff ? Not a Fan

More rain and thunder today so not much car action. The only task I did was to clean this off the SAAB windscreen.

It made quite a mess ...

... but came off in the end. Well after 15 mins of scraping that is.

Between the thunder storms I decided to risk the E-type 'sans' fan. Actually it was fine running along in the cool evening air. It did warm up quickly resting and idling though.

But it struck me that if I used a separate battery to drive the fan on a manual switch it might get me to Hampton Court and back.
