Decided the SAAB needed a quick wash - so out came the jet wash foamer.
Then decided to do the same with the MK7 - still quite dirty afterwards though.
Next was the MK2 to repair the wash pipe at last. Seemed to work too.
BUT the car would not start. Lights dipped on trying so I check the wires - both connections were very dirty so I cleaned them. Not better - but I also noticed the main connection was also loose. So I cleaned and tightened it. Still no better. However using the jump pack worked fine. So I bit the bullet and hanged the battery which seemed to fix the problem.
Finally a dusty E-type out in the sun - again went well but needs a wash.
