That's what the man said to Jana as she stepped out a a very muddy, rain splattered E-type at the Yoxford Antique shop later that day.
Earlier I'd decided to use the car even though the weather was bad. The car did not want to start (fuel needed drawing through) but then it's been over a month since it was started. We'd set out in the rain that only got worse - but the car only leaked a little.
We arrived in moody dark clouds and parked up in quite an empty muddy Waberswick car park.
Then after a run and the visit to that Antique shop we were again greeted by someone having a long look at it in their car park (with his phone out) this time. Anyway it was filthy although it still looked great in the sunshine.
The run home as uneventful bar noticing the steering column was loose and the right indicator tell-tail was not working inside the car.
However we did park in another muddy antique shop car park and I'm sure I've taken the same picture before. I'll investigate.
So a good clean is due and some jobs for this week to say thanks.
