Inactivity Faults

SAAB out to retrieve the Mk7 first thing. Then settled down for lunch and to watch the match with the rest of England. A 2-0 win over Sweden put us into the Semi-finals - first time since 1990.

Afterwards we took the E-type out for a run and as we left the house I noticed this:

Yes - no speedo. Fiddled under the dash to no avail, but the counters were still going round. Tapped the dial on the way back and it sprang into life. Good I thought.

Then I noticed I had no indicators - we were sure they were flashing on the way down.

Looked under the dash on my return and found the large silver relay hanging out... I must have knocked it off with my fumbling. Dho. It is quite loose though so I'll have to tape it on.

I'll put the speedo fault down to inactivity and very hot weather.
