Run in the morning gloom. Sun gone as it's the weekend.

Running well though.

Colder than it looked

Not Italian weather in March.

Panic buying

Thursday

Popped to tesco to fill up the SAAB on the off chance there was some petrol.

There was lots - not really an issue.

Wednesday

Panic started on petrol forecourts as the government told us to stock up in case there is a strike. So I filled up the e-type on the way home

Grey Day

Milsoms line up this morning.

Dashing Aston

Quick dash home in the sunshine and even had time to wash the car - had to get rid of large bird splatter.

Zagato Album

Z to A via E

Zagato first thing at the Aston dealers in the E-type. Home via JD Classics

Then a blast in the sun in the Aston.

Audi and Alpine

Looked at Audi A1 4 door - ok modern neat etc.

Saw a Ferrari FF on the way.

Then popped to Cambridge for Alpine meeting

Aston 4 - SAAB 1

Most of the week in the big A.

Wed - Thurs 2 more Aston days

Nice sunsets - and runs home the long way round.

SAAB'ing again

Swede to the station. Not as easy to park as the Focus but it's on the drive.

Aston Again At Last

Nice drive home in the cold but setting sun too.  What would a V12 give me then ?

Sunday SAAB

Another 70+ miles on the SAAB today. Dull raining day. But sun tomorrow.

Just Drizzel

Not a day for anything at all other than a SAAB.

Alpine off to the Doc.

Friday

Alpine on the back of a truck to get sorted. Would not start - like a dog not wanting to go to the vet.

Dead battery I expect, then flooded dirty pugs, on top of weak spark and poor timing.

The workshop is 90 miles away in the fens.


Thursday

Got her started and moved but needed a jump. Need to make up really long leads.

Murky morning

6:00 am in Suffolk - SAAB time.

Cardiff and back - just shy of 500 miles. Nine sets of roadworks I counted on the way.

Dash to station and back

SAAB back in service - need to brim the tank tonight for an early morning run to Cardiff.

Cold too at 7:30 pm so squeezed a lot in.

Alpine Blues

My car goes into garage on Friday - not soon enough with this sunshine out.

So I had to take the Ferrari to the meeting.

Then the Aston round the block for s final run in the sun set.

Ho Hum.

Still cool

Not the car perhaps, but the weather.

Spring Sun for Aston

Last nights drive made we want to take the Aston again this morning.

Rewarded with sunny start and glorious noise.

Golf Virgin

First time in to work in the Golf. Just to break up the week.

Oh and a late night Aston dash into Colchester.

SAAB again

Dull raining day.

SAAB scrubbed clean by two days of rain.

Nice Pug

Saw a nice new Peugeot at the train station - small sports 2 seater.
Looked like a small Audi TT.

It was a RCZ.

SAAB Splashing

Lots of rain so SAAB and glad of it. Cold again too.

No car fun today, just listening to the rain.

Ton up

Hit £100 on the Aston fill up - £101 to be exact I squeezed in.

Also ran E-type and Golf to pumps.

It's sunny and the cars are out.

Saw nice Gullwing Merc in the garage - just not mine.

Also a matt black Ferrari - a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano F1 to be more exact. "Wrapped" in matt black. What is that all about - looked good though. Still like mine though.
