Alpine - A New Hope

Clutch still siezed but with a bit of brute force it freed off. Starting the car in gear a few times and shocking it awake.

It's been unused since early September so about 5 months sitting.

Good news though as the rain came in the afternoon to wash the salt off the roads.

Clear skies and dry roads so got e-type started and ran round the block.

The when I tried to get the Alpine into reverse to move it, it would not go into gear. I do wonder how I'm going to get it fixed...

SAAB perfume

I spotted a brand if perfume ... ELIE SAAB not sure what it was though. Just made me look.

Anyway 4th day below zero degrees and SAAB pressed in to action.

I'd resolved to work on the Alpine and start the jag but it was too cold last weekend.
I suspect I'll cry off this one too.

Saw a Volvo Amazon yesterday that made mr resolve to get back to it.
